I've got a 55 gallon tank, but it's really boring me. I have a Florida Gar, Black Spotted Eel, and a King Midas in there. Any ideas about what I can do to spice it up a little but? Aquascape? New fish? Anything!

You are overstocked. Now, if you wouldn't mind getting rid of all 3 fish you have lots of options.
Yeah, I figure they'd outgrow it. I'm ready to sell them back to the store whenever I need to. What about after that? What are some good combinations? I prefer predator fish like the gar.
^^^agreed^^^ but with the 55 u could do a cichlid tank and keep a few really neat looking fish in it, that way u get color and variety.. but thats about all i got idea wise for a 55.. if u wqant a predatory tank ur really gona need to upgrade...
You have very nice selection which someone already pointed out that they will out grow that tank. But if you can not appreciate and enjoy them then I don't know what to say.
give fish away and sell tank. you have three really great fish and they are boring you!
