ideas for 75 gallon?

hey guys, i was wanting some ideas for my 75 gal. im moving this december and only have room for a 75 (48x18). so this is what i want in this tank:
1) a single specimen or pair
2) very aggressive
3) personality
4) color (for the wife)

filtration will be huge for this tank. a fx5 and an eheim 2217, so no problems there. bring on the bio . i have kept jds and blue jds, green terrors, firemouths, convicts, jags (too big for this tank i know), oscars, sevs. i would like something other than these. any ideas much appreciated. thanks

How about a Flowerhorn or a channa gachua. Or a rare pleco tank! Nice filtration. I just got a green terror and if he ever dies (God forbid) i would go straight out and buy a new one. Also Midas and red devils are nice.

thanks guys, i should have mentioned that i want the fish to be a sa/ca cichlid. even though im really interested in the idea of a flowerhorn.

A red devil/ midas would be good, or maybe a jaguar. You could do a pair of grammodes, but you would need a divider probably. If you're really looking for color look into vieja.
