They are like mini swarming piranhas, they school and imo way more agressive then red bellies

That's just about as badass as it gets, you could do cichlids but there's just so many to choose from I'll leave it up to you. If want you could do a fw tank that looks like a sw one with African cichlids. Many options

Jaw they wouldn't outgrow the tank, look up some videos and you'll probably fall in love lol. You could probably get about 20 exodons
