ideas for a snakehead tank?

well i have a 12 inch albino striata.

i juss bought a acrylic 130-180 gallon tank (dunno the actual size) and canopy for 200 bucks.

i was wondering how should i set up the tank. the tank looks big enough for the sh to move around alot but mine likes to juss chill and hide

any suggestions or ideas?
 
to work out the size of the tank multiply LxWxD in inches then divide by 231. That gives rough US gal. LxWxD in cm divided by 1000 gives you rough volume in litres. Or go uk and multiply LxWxD in feet and multiply by 6.25 for Imp Gal.
Give old snakey a visually interesting tank with wood/rock to break up lines of sight.
 
i was trying to look for some plants but then i would need to have lighting and all that crap. i can't find any good place to buy floating plants. i want to get some lily pads.

anyone know where i can get some in socal or ppl that will ship?
 
you should get some Cabomba plants i think thats what they are called and some water wisteria, they're both super easy to grow and don't need much light.. I have them in my SH tank now
