I have a 2' overflow and duel returns about 1000 gph on my 75 gallon (it was previously a reef tank) i am running 4 10w china spotlights, and a 4' fluval led (whites/blues). I would say the lighting is medium, its not as bright as a reef tank, but for sure not a low light setup. I have thumb size river gravel for substrate and driftwood/rocks for caves. I am looking for something kinda small like moss even to grow on my driftwood, and rocks but i know moss is kinda hard to grow. Basically any ideas for a small leaf fast growing type of plant for my tank that can root into rock and wood, i do have some larger N/S american cichlids in the tank, but they dont eat the ivy i currently have in the tank at all. So i think the plants will be fine. Im really trying to stay away from ferts and co2 etc. Any suggestions from you pros for a newbie?

P.s i would love to use some moss if theres a good suggestion of where to get some or how to make it actually grow.

I don't know I have 2 tanks, and each one houses a 5" male red texas cichlid and the one in my semi planted tank has pretty much destroyed all of the plants, including the moss that was in there. The only cichlids I would trust in a planted tank would be dwarf cichlids like German Blue Rams....
