Ideas for my 55g

ok, what do you guys think i should do with my new 55g tank, right now it is empty, should i do a reef, fo, or fowlr. i have a 260watt light for it, what are your opinions on sand, and as far as a filter i have a bio wheel 330. will post up some pics as a i go along
