Probably the Poly section
so i was really looking forward to either a pair of beauty snakes or bull snakes for the 6x3x4 enclosure im planning, but after another issue with the current snakes, the garter decided he needed to take a vacation to my sisters room..., i am sort of having to replan on stocking the enclosure with some lizards since some 8 foot snakes would not currently go well in the house considering how much chaos a baby garter caused, but i have never had issues with my lizards. i have some ideas but would like some input from people who keep the species or just have ideas.
a pair of ausy water dragons
rhino iguana
or my favorite two options
some dwarf monitors ( ackies, timors, tristis) the only ones i currently have access to are timors, so i was curious on how similar the others would be to them, if they would be similar i might just need to interact with the timors at the lrs to see if monitors would be right for me.
or just add to the beardie lovin. prob a 1.3 combo with each beardie being a dif color morph if i did this i would prob have a leatherback, a citrus, a blood, and a leucistic/snow
so what do you think. the only ones i currently could see in person to help me decide are the timors, beardies and water dragons. so personal experiences would be very helpfull. thnx

Personally I'd go for the monitors, but that's me. If you go that direction, research out the wazoo, because they're intolerant of slip-ups in their care.

I'd say Water Dragons FTW.

So would handling a Timor be similar to a ackie Or a small tristis? I am really into the tristis I love the black contrast with the occeli. I may look further into the water dragons If the guy at the lrs would be interested in buying the clutches. They are a rare species around here and have a golden temperament so I need to talk to him. Thnx

What do you think about dividing it in half and putting in some merauke Bts? Or northerns. I was trying to remember what lizards they had last time I was in and I remembered the Bts. I know you can't keep 2 in one enclosure so if I divided it how would they do? It's either them the beardies or monitors. Thnx

I wouldn't get a monitor if you want to handle it much.. They're pretty hands-off animals. Out of those three, the only one I'd even handle at all would be the ackie, and that would be rarely.

I like the BTS idea. Them or the beardies, monitors don't sound like a good choice.

Im not much into handling them. That's why I want things that are fun to watch. By handling a Timor I meant like would they act similarly. I am really leaning towards the bts or monitors. I might still try to get some snakes if I can figure out a really good locking system and make it so they cant escape my room if the escape the tank. But for now it's looking bts water dragon or monitors any thoughts?
