Ideas for tank-stocking!

We currently have a 60g with 2 baby ropefish, 2 adult-sized ropefish, a baby black knife, 2 pearl-gourami and 2 plecos. Will need to eventually relocate the BGK. In the meantime, we were wanting to add some color to our tank and are looking for ideas!

Honestly, I don't think I would recommend adding anymore to that tank. You are probably best off to upgrade to a 90 or 125 before adding any additional fish.

Unless you want to get rid of a pleco and add a couple long finn tetras for color and fancyness

Welcome to MFK ☺ The Pleco's will be the biggest contributor to the bio-load that why it was suggested to get rid of one. Tbh if the Pleco's are Bristlenose I don't see any issues with adding the Tetras.

I like white tipped or rosy tetras. I think you could get like 6. They are big bodied so won't be eaten by the ropes, are pink, chase each other around but, and love to eat.

If your filtration is good, you don't overfeed, and you watch your parameters I think you'd be fine.
