Identify fish (tiger fish? )

Hey,

Im trying to get a second and or third opinion on this fish. Stated as a Gol. Tiger fish. Before I spend lots of money on it, I wanted to know forsure.

Nope, its ATF no question. The exact species is the Q. I highly doubt its Goliath though.
