identify juvenile african cichlids

can anyone give advice or a good resource on how to identify juvenile african cichlids?? i will try to get a good pic to post to possibly identify mine, but in general i would really like a good source

This is a decent source, although it can be difficult to ID juveniles depending on the type of African.
