Identify myster fish

So the other day I bought 6 additional Serpae Tetras (beautiful fish btw). However when I got home I noticed I had a stowaway! A very small one. He is very small and fast. I don't have a clue what he is, if anyone can help me ID my mystery fish. I would appreciate it.



Can you identify the fish in the background on right?

May be a Congo tetra?? Or mabye some kind of blue platy tetra mix hybrid I really don't know it appears to be more of a hybrid of some sort

Now that this fish is a little bigger I have to agree with jherr and probassfisher010, it almost certainly a Emerald bar rasbora.
Good buds with his Glowlight Tetra and infant Angelfish buddies. Thanks everyone!
