The red eyes, teeth and shape indicate a black piranha aka Serrasalmus Rhombeus!

There are many variants of a rhom given their place of origin, different countries equal different colors, shapes etc. http://monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=232859

Here's one of JP's stunning piranhas. This ones a black like in the pic: http://monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=544979

^ it's got red on it's belly though. i wish we had a side profile of it instead of this mouth shot

I would say that's a pygo, with red eye it appears to be P. Nattereri.
The anal fin is also red which is very common in all the pygos, I have never seen a serra with that much red at anal fin, at least not at the size. without a good size shot it can be a bit tricky but I would think it's a Pygo.
If it were a serra indeed, then I would say maybe it's a sanchezi just because of all the color on it.

i have to agree with the above its a pygo of some kind
