From a craigslist ad I may be looking at, I know most the fish but wondered if you guys could tell me exact species before I go look at the fish. Specifically wondering about the p-bass and gar species.

One of the gars looks like an alligator gar to me (last pic)

So what we have is a flag tail prochilodus, armatus payara, looks like a black wolf fish, alligator gar, Florida gar, cichla kelberi, looks like Venezuela orinocensis, silver dollars, and ngt datnoides. That's all I can make out. And an Azul pbass

I thought some of the Cichla looked like kelberi and orino which I had been looking for. I only see two gar in the pictures though... Which one is the FL gar? I do not want alligator gar but I would like the FL... Not really my area of expertise in identifying though.

Where did u see NGT dat? You mean the the pollini?

Sent from my SM-G386T using MonsterAquariaNetwork App

I didn't see a dat either. I texted the owner of the fish and he said he has orino, kelberi and mono P-bass. Does that sound right based on the pictures?

Also said he has both Florida and gator gars. Sounds like he actually knows his stuff. With craigslist you never know if people actually know what they are talking about.

The bass I am most puzzled by is the the one in the last picture, second under the polleni. It seems the have the mark on the tail and no other markings on the body...

You can see the alligator gar in last picture. You can't mistake it for FL gar.
