What type of Parachromis do you guys think this is? Also looks like a male.

I want to say RTM but it's kind of hard to tell as the pictures are a bit dark for my eyes.

I agree with above, the OPs looks like a male motaguense to me.
The smallish spots on the lower jaw and gill plate are male traits.
Below is a male I had to compare.

The females jaw is devoid of most spots, except the one large one behind the gill plate, below a female
