I doubt you will find a 8" ST anywhere in Northern America. ST are pretty much extinct in the wild and rare in the aqua trade. Most, if not, all of them are aged and above 12". You may be referring the "8 ST" to a 3 bar IT (Indo Datnoid). A ST will cost you at least $1000-$3000 depending on location and condition.
