Identifying Traits Of A Congo (Lapradei?)

How can I be certain it's a Congo and not a Lapradei or Weeksii?

There's a little "Lapradei" at the fish store (but it's kind of far to drive all the way back down there just to look) I think it looks like a congo- pale gray with beautiful black saddles.

EDIT: I called the petstore. The guy said that the "stripes" are more like spots and don't extend down to the belly. There's 8 on the body, and two more on the tail. He's kind of dingy though and couldn't say for sure if it's a thick lip or bottom pronounced jaw.

From the sounds of it, is it a congo or one of the other two? Anything else I should call back to ask about?

ALSO: I do believe his head was sort of flat, with a pronounced lower jaw.

But I'm asking because I know Congos are often mislabeled as lapradeis.
And apparently Weeksiis.

It seems the stripes differentiate the Laps and Congos, but I'm stumped about the Weeksiis.

So far I'm looking and I'm not seeing anything like it.
