Identity my severum

After almost a year, I've finally picked up some severums. They were labeled as greens. Would this be correct? This one is maybe 3".

It looks very emaciated and unwell, unfortunately. It’s hard to tell what it is, but likely a green.

That's not good. They look normal to me, but I've never had them so don't have much to compare them to. Since I've only had them about a week, hopefully I can turn them around. Maybe even give them a round of nls hex shield for good measures.
