Identity this fish please

Very small fish and stays down at the bottom of shallow planty water and doesn’t move much.

That's a horrible way to take a picture of a fish, we can't see its fins, can't properly see its coloration or pattern.

From what I can make out, it seems to be speckled and roughly the right shape and size I think I'd guess that it's a Leopardfish. Phalloceros caudimaculatus

If you caught it in the wild, knowing exactly where you caught it should make it relatively easy to identify.

Also proper pictures. Leave the fish underwater, or put it in a glass container filled with water. Identifying a small fish out of water will always be hard and uncertain.
