If a juvenile umbee has blue on lips, is it a male.

I have a community tank 225 gal. Ihave 2 rio mags in there along with other species. I bought the 2 at 2 inches and in 3.5 months one is 5 inches and other is 4.Now the bigger of, always was way brighter tail and dorsal very bright ,now longer fins with blue on side of the body more than other,both shaped differently than the other the bigger 1 is longer body shaped ,and bigger head and spangles are bigger and brighter and it has alot of blue on lips.It didnt develop any red on head yet. The other the 4 inch is more drab more compact shape pointier nose to head no blue on side and no blue lips,they never looked alike. Just wondering if blue on lips points to it being a male. Any opinions feel free thanx. Ill post pics hopefully tomorrow
