My severum once laid eggs. Which I have thought to have been a male turned out to be a female. She was in a 29g (My adolescent years of fish keeping), full size and with 3 Silver Dollars. She kept pushing them away and was picking up stones. It was very cool she had laid eggs twice before. So onto the pics...

Sorry about the color of the tank... That was my driftwood. I got lazy.

Yep! It was really surprising to see that. Seeing a "male" lay eggs with not other Severums in the tank.
