Could we still keep Texas Cichlids? And by the way I didn't put this in the HR 669 because I don't want to clog up that forum when they made it possible for the representatives who want to do their research to look at it.

Not if you are in Louisiana.

If the dumba** bill passes, I guess I can keep Cyano's since they're native.

The question is, what other cichlids can we keep?

Since the gov't has brought in PBass for game fishing in Florida, are they considered native now too? They're the ones who stocked them here so they're not imported right? They're from the USA now.

Is there anything else we can get away with?

carpinte will most likely be illegal. For cyanos it will be up to the state. lousiana has already banned cyanos

are they really gonna pass the importation of cichlids?

**** I better get a a female for my green terror so i can breed them...

It's too early to speculate which species would be approved or prohibited. This will be determined as the bill is amended. Please keep all material regarding HR 669 in the forum we have dedicated to it. There is plenty of information to read there and discuss in current threads.
