IF I HAVE PUFFER OR OSCAR I CANT GET PLANTS FOR MY TANK?

Oscars will uproot the plants as far as I know.

Several species of puffer do fine with plants

Definitely not oscars; or for that matter, the majority of the cichlid species, but as andyjs stated most puffers do ok with plants.

That's surprising; when I had mine a couple years ago, they absolutely destroyed my aquarium. I've also been told similar stories from other people in the hobby. You must be really lucky with yours.

i dont know why at first they nipped them but they stopped
