Lol that seems a bit rediculous. You dont even know if it really came from saudi or whereever. You can get a tank any dimensions you want and get someone to make u a way cooler stand for way less tah 23k. But i guess if u were into collecting those kind of things than you'd see it diffrerently than i do.
