anybody know who or how to get an albino ropefish,even if money didnt matter.ive seen pics of some .but i couldnt find the actual owners or how they came to aquire one.

I've never even seen a picture. I would think they should exist, since albino senegals are so easy to come by. Ropefish are even more common. Maybe they just don't have a tendency towards albinoism?
I've only seen a few, and I'm fairly certain that they were captive-bred somewhere in Asia. I'm sorry to say this, but your chances of getting one in the US at this point is slim to none.
