The one on the musky? Jermemy tends to take things WAAAY out of context on how lethal they are but it's still entertaining to see some monster fish! S7E2 and 3 are out! They're actually really interesting. Don't want to spoil the culprit it's actually surprising.

I laughed so hard at that episode...they are reaching now....I get muskies bite, and it hurts but come on...the first time I see a 50 incher drag someone into the water I quit fishing.

I've came face to face with sometimes large muskies while snorkeling. It scares the crap out of me and I still run out of the water like a little girl. But I was never attacked, usually when you swim towards them they speed off lol.

exactly...any cases of attack are almost always going to be a case of mistaken ID...people stirring the water up in bare feet...musky cruising the shallows hunting...seeing a foot zipping around in the dust and snags a bite thinking its a baitfish or something else rooting through the sand...My buddie's brother got attacked by a pike guarding a nest in one of our local lakes, short of being hilarious watching a full grown man run from a 30 inch fish, it wasn't even close to dangerous lol.

Most injuries if not all are usually because most idiots don't know how to properly handle a musky lol, once caught a small 26" one, all I did was BARELY snag my thumb off of one of it's small front teeth and it split my thumb open. Those teeth are super sharp man. I can only imagine one grabbing onto you due to poor handling. Definitely would leave a scar XD

I can see a muskie taking a small child for sure. I once watched one take a yorkshire terrier swimming in a lake LOL. They eat ducks regularly, wouldn't be surprised if geese as well. Anyway, as for handling a muskie, flip it on its back, insert your fingers (carefully) through the gills and use your finger to lift the bottom of its mouth upwards. At least this is what works for pike. Pike don't have the jaw strength to to close their mouths when you hold them like that. Handled plenty in my years of fishing, unless they are super small that is always the way I keep their mouth open while getting the hook out, never once been cut by one. Muskie are pretty much the same but bigger, so I assume this works just as well.
