I'm running out of frozen bloodworms/mysis shrimp, and I'm looking to buy another pack. I was thinking of just sticking with mysis shrimp this time, but looked into baby brine shrimp, krill, and the jumbo versions that hikari offers. Also dealing with a stubborn fish, so I'm looking to see if any of you can share some knowledge into the most nutritious frozen food available.

I'd say jumbo krill or freshwater mysis shrimp. Neither are as good for your fish as a good pellet like NLS or Omega 1, but you could try stuffing a pellet inside whatever frozen food you decide on going with. Or you could do what I've had to do in the past to get my jaguar cichlid off frozen food... Starve them until they accept pellets. Many adult fish can go weeks, even over a month, without food.

Went for bloodworm, but mysis second. (Only because my starry night eel is fussy)

My vote was for Mysis shrimp , raised adult sea horses on frozen mysis shrimp:)

hikari discus. at least that way it's somewhat of a mixed diet. very few creatures will thrive on just one source of nutrition.
