so i set up a 10gal tank in the biology lab in my school at one of the bio teacher's requests (im a sophomore). i told her to get 1 dwarf gourami first, then in a few days some black neon tetras, then a few days after that 3 peppered cories.
the next day, i walk into the bio lab and to my horror theres 3 tiger barbs and 2 peppered cories in the tank. of course, after i tell her what she did wrong, she says, "i knew i shouldve listened to you.". now shes got to get 1 more cory and 2 more tiger barbs just to keep the cories from stressing out too much and the barbs from killing each other.

that really isnt that bad, it could have been much, much worse

It could have. At first i was afraid that the barbs would go berzerk, but theyre pretty calm. I told the teacher specifically not to ger cichlids, pacus, or anything with shark in its name.
