Several years old

Started showing a mouth fungus about 5 days ago (white swollen lip, not shredded)

I started pimafix 3 days ago when I noticed what was going on
At regular dose it's gotten much worse.
She's had 2x full dose days, in case anyone is wondering.


I saw her at 4am just now and she's flipping.. swim bladder infection ?
Her gill plates seem reddened and there's little facial zits everywhere.

They don't quite look like parasites or worms, just little white blown out zits.



Tips of fin trailers have slight fin rot.




Her tank is too small but i filter it at easily 3x-4x filtration.
30g tall tank I believe 30" 12" 17"

Please help Im so worried
 
Sorry I can't offer much other than the pima was useless in this case and the flipping is really not a good sign.
 
Should I water change and switch to something else?
I'll go buy whatever I can access in a few hours when stores open etc..
 
Yes you could do that but try not to stress the fish any more as you do the water change.
 
Yeah.I didn't want to come right out and say it but most fish are at the point of no return when they start twirling and flipping.Sorry for your loss.
 
At this point there is really nothing that I can recommend to save this fish.

Did a 40% water change and since nobody said anything about specific meds Im going to up a dose of pimafix because iinterupted the schedule just now on day 3 with a 40% change.

Also I forgot that carbon absorbs some medicine am I wrong?
I pulled 2 carbon pads out just now.
