I have been reading its not good to feed sharks fresh water fish pieces. The main diet of my sharks is silversides... They are a brackish/salt fish, correct? I'm guessing so because I find small fluke/flounder mixed in with them. They don't seem to like thawed krill but love squid. Going to try a few more things to vary they're diet as well.

It's due to the nutrional differences between fresh and salt fish. If you do stay with a fresh diet for them, look into a shark vitamin supplement for them. Mazuri makes a great one, but there are a few to select from.

Given the sharks your talking about - michael.

Personally I would recommend a diet of most SW inverts - specifically fresh shrimp, crab, squid, with some flounder added once and a while would be fine. The PJs are primarily invertebrate feeders - crabs, shrimp, worms, urchins, anemones, squid, & octopi.

Also the shark vitamin suppplement, as Matt suggested - is a great idea to have as part of their regular diet.

I have the mazuri vitamins on the way. I am going to the store today to buy some more stuff to vary the diet. Neither of my pjs will touch krill which is kinda weird

Well - not really - when you consider PJs don't tend to feed on krill in the wild. They tend to feed on Benthic invertebrates in the Wild, like most Heterodontids do. Most members of Heterodontus rarely swim more than about 6 ft above the ocean floor. And Krill tends to be found in closer the ocean surface.
