iights for amazon swords

i have one of these,i was thinking of putting it on my 200g tank for my plants.will it b to much?the lights 48inches tank72inches
it need 12 hours of good light and fertilizer... if the light is medium or high is will be fine..
Swords do really need a WHOLE lot of light, and THATS a whole light of light. If pressurized co2 isnt in place I would STRAY from this fixture.
