IKEA taps

Hi guys, I'm making another attempt at getting my python changer to work with my IKEA tap. This is the tap in question:

Have you guys had problems getting a suitable adapter? The python faucet is too big I'm in the UK as well, and absolutely hopeless with plumbing.

Someone suggested Homebase do adapters, I already checked B&Q.

You should be able to unscrew the aerator from the faucet (the end where the water comes out)
Then go to a hardware store and buy a hose adapter. It will have threads that screw on where the aerator screwed in.
