me being in California, a potential buyer, AM OBLIGATED TO ENSURE THAT SPECIES is not illegal!!! LOL learn to read. a 12 year old can understand this. maybe you can, with practice.

Of course everyone knows the rules, but its really annoying when someone like you try's to throw someone under the bus over an fish you're not even interested. It's his prerogative let him deal with it. And you shut your mouth cause you have nothing positive to stay or remotely interesting.

Actually, it's every members responsibility to help keep the Marketplace legit. If the site is viewed by authorities as a trading post for illegal species, the site can be shut down. That was explained to the site owner when the site first began.
