I found a female black fan-tail guppy in a corner in a lfs. She was laboring to breathe, her gills were flared, she was on her back and curled into a "C" shape. There was no apparent ich, fungus, rot or septicemia. She would only swim if very disturbed and even was stuck in the "C" shape. I brought her gome and put her in the hossy tank. I increased the SG to 1.010 and treated her with ezithromycin. This morning her gill flaps were closed at normal. But she was still on her back. Any thoughts on diagnosis/treatment? Maybe swim bladder infection?
