I'm confused...Identification please

i swear i used the ID Thread before posting but i am not an expert and i have doubts of my conclusion so i need the experts, is it a Tropical or an Alligator, here my pictures (Thank you in advance, by the way they're 17'' & 19''):

looks like tropical gar to me. does CR stand for coasta rica? if so then they are most likely trops. i'm very jealous!!

4th one down looks like a gator. The rest look like trop.

all tropical gars, great pics! may be in touch about these fish soon as we don't see many of these variants photographed. always great to see the variation within the species--

They are as E_americanus said all Trops and definitely interesting fish..

Yep, C.R. stands for Costa Rica, Actually i move across Central America, and those are Central American "Tropical" (thx for helping me) Gars. I will take better pics of them.
