I'm glad I found this great site!
I've been out of the game for a few years now. I had fish 20 years ago, still have my 125 gal metal frame in the basement from back then and it's still sitting dry.
I'm always surfing CL and kept seeing good deals on tanks and decided it was time to get back into fish.
I picked up a 120 and a 75 a few days ago and I'm starting to build 3D foam backgrounds for them. Can't wait to get them up and running, not sure what I'm gonna put in them though.
Back in the day I used to keep two large snake heads, Oscars, Jack Dempsey, and a Red Devil. Also had African cichlids a community tank and a small salt water tank. I had 400 gallons set up at once between several tanks.
I guess I got away from it all when I had to pay my own electric bill.
