Well I bought my first arowana today I got a silver he's about 5 inches, I covered anyholes he could jump out of but I keep thiinking Im forgetting something for him. Ill post pics once i get some he keeps moving or hidding in the shadows I guess hes not used to the tank still since hes been ther for only 5 hours.

Aros are almost always in motion. Theres no real worry in that. It can take them a week or two to really settle into and the recover slower to any changes or tank maintance than out other fish. Watching them swim around the tank is like watching liquid silver flow.

That's the problem with small aro. We got to cover every small hole which may prove deadly to the small fella due to it's attemp in escaping.
