Im new and i need help with my arowana!

hey guys, my arowana have been having fin rot and cloudy and i dont know what to do. i have tried changing water and bought a heater as i heard people saying that it might be due to the water temp being too cold. Please advice on what i should do. Thanks

What is your tank size? Water conditions? Temp? For now add some salt and do large water changes.

You need to act quickly. Do a water change of about 50%.

Aerate the tank well.
