I have tried other fish forums but I didn't really find what I wanted in any of them really and most recently i visited the bloodthirstyfish one and all i can say is those people need to be medicated, no rules, no restrictions I was appalled but the stuff i saw there. Sure hope this is diffrent...

Just curious, it seems at the last one i was at bloodthirstyfish they really go to the extremes with fish fighting and all sorts of crazy stuff, whats this one like?

As for what goes on here, there are people that use goldfish as feeders and other fish as feeders, but as for brutal fish on fish fighting, just for a good show, that is not what we are about. MFK is here for the experience of watching these Monsters grow in their beauty, not to boast of how much they can rip apart anyother fish.

I just checked out that bloodthirstyfish site. I can assure you this site is NOT like that one. BTF.com has to be THE WORST fish site I have ever seen, a real insult to our hobby.
We have a few members come and go with a pretty nasty mentality but the bulk of the membership, and the regulars aren't like that at all.

You will like it here! There are many people who just want to enjoy the fun of are great aquatic pets. Not torment them like the site mentioned. We are nothing like them.
