Hey Im going to school in the fall and have to live on campus. I enjoy having a fish tank but dont know if its possible/good idea to have one. Any ideas out there? Is there any cool fish you can keep in 5-gallon tanks, or is that just too small?

5gal is a terrible choice to begin fishkeeping with. Go at least 20 for a typical small community. Almost everything in the shop will outgrow a 5 or even a 10, but once you get twenty gallons things get more manageable, and it's easier to understock a 20gal.
