Here.
I bought a HOB filter the other day for my quarantine tank feeder tank for the Aro. Long story short - I returned it today, but I forgot to include one of the filter medium. They didn't notice and I forgot to place it back in after washing it. It possible for retail stores to reverse the returned funds on my debit card if they discovered it was incomplete after the matter?

I just want to know in GENERAL too, just in-case.

Thanks guys!

i wouldnt worry about it if they didnt catch it then its 2 late they dont kno if sum1 stole it from the box on the shelf

I worked in retail for 3 years, and I guarantee you that they will not halt the refund transaction.

no.. i doubt its gonna happen.. cuz all it is i think is the credit card disappears from the system..

On a side note.....

This happened with a lot of Apple stores.... people returned lots of apple computers, labtops and ipods and when they resold it to other customers, (without checking to see if the product is inside)... people brought it home and found nothing but bricks and newspaper stuffed inside...

The products returned were nicely sealed and the store clerks never double checked the items....

Apple company couldnt do anything about out because the transactions disappeared and could not be traced back to the people who purchased it.... this of course has stopped now.. apple got the message.. but it was happening for awhile....

Take them the media, and tell them what happened....Not everything has to be more complicated, than it simply is.

Not to derail but i will. I bought a pair of jeans from macys tried them on and went home. The next day i went to wear them a found a pill in the little pocket over the front pocket "5th pocket" . Come to find out is the pill is the drug used to treat heroin addictions. After 15 minutes of yelling at the manage for not checking returned items i got a new pair of jeas and a 50 dollar gift card
