20 min south of philly and yes there is a bulb the whol;e thing is brand new

I have no idea where west chester is. I am from New York but I have to drive to North East Philadelphia every weekend to deliver stuff. Could u figure out which way is better ? Otherwise just pm me the address in West Chester and I will check the direction.
