I've done some research but I have a few questions...

- How thick should the plywood be for a 200g (more or less)
- How thick should the glass be and what kind?
- I want to refrain from using epoxy or fiberglass so I was wondering if pondliner would do the trick? (Would glue to wood using waterproof glue and silicone the corners?)

Any help is appreciated. :)

Thanks,

-Chris

3/4" thick exterior plywood should do.
Regular plate glass will work, but thickness would depend on the dimensions you're shooting for. Generally 1/2" thick glass should be good for a tank up to 28" tall.
