I'm trying to paint some hockey.

Hey Canadian monster keepers, I'm working on a Gretzky/Messier painting in honor of our great game, any criticisms are welcome, I'm trying to honor the greats with the respect due. This is basically a step by step from a color by number style painting to a straight up rendered honest version of the two best to ever lace them up together. Let me know what you think as I progress, I want to do the game and it's heros justice.

so, which one is gretzky ? I know what he looks like, just not seeing him.

Go Flyers. But as far as Gretzky, he's on the right. Sorry for the goblin look but it's acrylic so I'm building layers, his human tone is in the mix. I'm drinking so the build up takes time Pops, take it easy on me, it's a work in progress. And IHnsheik, I'm disappointed. If your a Hawks fan than you should know Pat Kane should have been a Flyer. At least your supporting a great original 6 though, just look out for my boys in the next few years. In the mean time Ghost over Panarin for the Calder.
