Immune To Ich

My cousin has a 160 gallon reef aquarium in his basement, and he recently acquired a panther grouper and he "claims" this fis is immune to ich. Is this true, and if it is, what other saltwater fish are immune to ich?

i dont think its immune but they dont get sick as they are tough as hell

I have a Panther Grouper, and they are NOT immune to itch. The only fish that I can think of that IS probably immune, are Moray eels, and that is only because of the body slime that they excrude. The parrasites are not able to get a foothold.
