Important!! Help with a science experiment for Children, Brine Shrimp

Why do Brine Shrimp hatch faster in warm water than cold?
Can you find a blurp to reference on the internet?

We have the experiment done...we have the results..but are having a hard time answering why with reference.

Please assist. My reputation clock as a father is ticking.
