IMPORTANT: Help with BETTA

My BETTA is in a decoration bowl... with no filteration or heater... for the last 4 and half ays, he has not been eating AT ALL, stays in one corner of the bowl ..the weather here has gotten colder recently...

So I have decided to move him NOW to the tank which is cycling...the stock of that tank is:

3 Zebra Danio's and 2 Guppies. I really like my BETTA, and want him to start recovering in a well filtered and heated tank.... Any suggestions?

Mine stared acting weird about a week ago, so I kept a good eye on her everyday since I noticed. Monday I was looking for her and noticed that she had a fuzzy spot right under one of here eyes.. not sure what it is but she is now in a 2g alone... along with some salt.. it is noticibly healing.. so you might want to quarantine and add some salt.. see what happens.. but look for something similar...

yeah im gonna put him in my 55gal with like 2 guppies (lol) i will be moving these guys to my 23 gal, once i cycle this tank fully, and get my flowerhorn in here
