Sooo...how do you clear customs, USFW and all that stuff? Never done it personally, but I would like to learn how to in case in the future I found some fish that I would want to have imported from a reputable seller, like Oliver Lucanus or something. I know i would have to have a point of origin or something like that airport near by. Aside from that though, i am in the dark as to how to go about doing all the paper work and what not. Anyone done it before?

if you are having the fish flown in the airport will take care of all that ..you must inform the airport that it's live stock FISH to be exact
you would need an import license USFWS would probally check your package at the airport or you might have to have it flown into an airport that has customs offices at it and go through them to I have never imported from canada but from Peru I had to go through customs and yes you must have a valid import license which is just paper work pretty much what exactly are ya looking for?? I would have to say it would be costly. If it is anything like importing fish from the States to Canada it really isn't worth it unless you are buying a lot of fish. In other words you are a dealer.
just a question why would you want to import from Canada any way ,when there is a entire world because i can't see Canada getting any better fish than the US and if they it's probably not legal here to begin with

thats what i am saying not legal to begin with ..how ever i am think she want a Canada native pike.........i think we have a pike lover here ..am i close Peanut?Oh they are VERY legal here in the States...but I can only find them IN CANADA...thus the reasons for wanting to have them imported.
