Im interested in a onetime import of freshwater fish from Peru (www.riverlandaquatics.com) to Detroit for my personal aquarium. What must I do to accomplish this legally?
Must I apply as in importer or is there is an exception because I will not be selling the fish? If not, what must I do to register as an importer?
Reading that Detroit is not a designated port of entry, I would like to apply for a permit to use a non designated port of entry. How is this best acomplished?
What other actions, forms, expenses, must I address to make this happen?
Also, does anyone have experiece working with Martin Revoredo D. At Riverland Aquatics S.A.C.?
