I read an article about it (has been posted before), the top is vacuumed I do believe.

Cool idea but I don't see the real point in it personally.

works because if air cant get in water cant get out. one has to replace the other.

lol vacume just means that it is sealed with no airfrom the top not a hoover vacum that you see on those infomercials
