Another "Keeping Duo Arowana" thread

5" Green + 8"ish Silver

:headbang2 (This is not even a big tank! ~ Success!)

No Aggression! No Nipping! They just leave each other alone! ;)

Going to try out Jardini and Banjar Red next :D

Awesome, though I would think sucsees would be determinted by longer then 8 minutes:D

Just go for it but keep a close eye on the green aro when it grows to 12-14". I have a green, jardini and black arowana together and it's been almost 3 years now.

I would suggest get a big tank and add the banjar and the jardini so the aggression would spread out to all 4 fish. Just in the safer side. They will likely ignore the silver and the green, banjar and jardini will likely go for each other.

succes is like months like me 3 way =D no fights/nips

Thanks ^^

They don't cost that much (affordable pricing for experiment) ;)

LFS sell 12" banjar red for $390 and 4" jardini for $30

You won't see me buying a $1000 superred to test out the compatibility :naughty:
